• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Digital Products & Courses

• Digital products (courses, PDFs, audio files) are delivered electronically and available immediately after purchase.
• You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased content for your family.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content with third parties.
• We reserve the right to update course content at any time to improve quality.

5. Refund Policy

Our products are digital and delivered immediately:

• By purchasing and accessing digital content, you give express consent for delivery to begin immediately and acknowledge that this ends your 14-day cancellation right.
• If you have paid but not yet accessed or downloaded the content, your 14-day cancellation right still applies.
• Once accessed, purchases are final. We do not refund for change of mind or for the results you did or did not see.
• If digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that is not possible, a price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
