Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the SharpSeed website (sharpseed.co.uk) and all services, courses, and digital products offered by SharpSeed Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
By using our website, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website.
2. Services
SharpSeed provides parenting education resources: online programmes, digital behaviour response protocols, guided audio, and parent scripts, delivered through our website. Our products are designed for parents and guardians, not for direct use by children.
3. Purchases & Payments
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Digital Products & Courses
- Digital products (courses, PDFs, audio files) are delivered electronically and available immediately after purchase.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased content for your family.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content with third parties.
- We reserve the right to update course content at any time to improve quality.
5. Refund Policy
Our products are digital and delivered immediately:
- By purchasing and accessing digital content, you give express consent for delivery to begin immediately and acknowledge that this ends your 14-day cancellation right.
- If you have paid but not yet accessed or downloaded the content, your 14-day cancellation right still applies.
- Once accessed, purchases are final. We do not refund for change of mind or for the results you did or did not see.
- If digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that is not possible, a price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
- Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Pre-Purchase Enquiries
Because purchases are final, please make sure the product is right for you before you buy. If you are unsure whether a programme suits your child, contact us first — we would rather help you choose correctly than take a payment you regret.
6. User Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Copy, redistribute, or commercialise our content without permission
- Submit false information through our forms
7. Intellectual Property & Development Source
All content, course structures, daily guides, response protocols, parent scripts, checklists, and trackers on this website are the proprietary property of SharpSeed Ltd and are protected by US, UK, and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Development Source Statement: SharpSeed is an original framework compiled and synthesized by SharpSeed Ltd. The protocols (such as Focus, Frustration, Confidence, and Independence protocols) represent our unique application and formatting of public domain behavioral science concepts, general psychology principles, and publicly available educational and parenting resources. We make no proprietary claims to the underlying public scientific principles themselves. Any resemblance of our customized scripts, wording, or visual materials to other specific commercial programs, trademarked methodologies, or copyrighted parenting publications is purely coincidental and unintended.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your immediate family's personal use only. Sharing, redistribution, commercialization, or public display of these materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Disclaimer
Our courses are educational in nature and designed to support children's development. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or educational advice. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharpSeed Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Contact
